| Request before the webinar starts; buyer has not received access to the replay or downloadable digital materials | Full refund to the original payment method. |
| Webinar cancelled by the organizer | Full refund or, only with the buyer’s agreement, transfer of payment to a new date. |
| Webinar rescheduled by the organizer | Attend on the new date or receive a full refund if the new date does not work. |
| Buyer did not attend, but the session occurred and replay access was provided | No refund is normally provided; replay access remains available for the stated period. |
| Buyer has already received replay or downloadable-material access | No refund is normally provided after digital delivery begins, except for defect, non-delivery or where law requires it. |
| Duplicate payment or incorrect charge | The verified excess amount is refunded in full. |
| Material technical non-delivery on our side that could not be corrected | Redelivery, a reasonable replacement or full refund, depending on circumstances and mandatory law. |
How to request a refund
Напишите на info@cosmosluminosity.com с email покупки, названием продукта, датой покупки и краткой причиной. Не отправляйте номер карты целиком. Мы подтверждаем получение запроса в течение 2 рабочих дней и сообщаем решение обычно в течение 5 рабочих дней.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment provider and bank and is normally 5–10 business days after processing.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for non-delivery, defect, misdescription or other rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Where local mandatory law provides a more favorable rule, that rule applies.
