# Resistance to New Reality / Сопротивление новой реальности

**Resistance to New Reality** is the background force that keeps the personality attached to the old configuration while the field is already asking for another life.

The person may sincerely want a new reality and still spend enormous energy holding old identity, old proofs, old pain and familiar limits in place.

## How it shows

- feedback or completion is delayed without a clear reason;
- the person avoids returning to a process that felt powerful;
- old problems remain the main identity anchor;
- the system says it wants expansion but chooses familiar heaviness;
- energy is spent resisting the new self “under the hood.”

## Core distinction

Old reality asks: **What is the problem?**  
New reality asks: **What is possible now?**

Resistance often appears exactly at the doorway between these two operating systems.

## Practice

Ask:

- Where am I resisting?
- What old role still proves who I am?
- What part of me is safer in the known problem than in the unknown possibility?
- What feedback, action or recognition am I delaying because it completes an old loop?
- What becomes possible if I stop using past experience as the foundation of identity?
