# Recognition as Protection and Manifestation / Признание как защита и проявление

**Recognition** is the act of including what is already true in the field: self, body, abilities, team, territory, value, perception.

Unrecognized abilities can become open doors. Recognized abilities can become managed functions.

## Principles

- I can interact only with what I recognize.
- Recognition is not the same as immediate action.
- Recognition returns authority: “I am here; this is my space.”
- Manifestation volume often equals recognized capacity, not actual potential.

## Statements

> I recognize myself and my space.

> I recognize my abilities to the degree that is kind and available now.

> On my territory, interaction happens through my awareness, consent and choice.
