# Human OS market deprecation for Cosmos Luminosity

## Decision

`Human OS`, `Human Operating System`, and `HumanOS` are deprecated in all public and canonical Cosmos Luminosity language:

- product names and descriptions;
- positioning and marketing;
- method/category names;
- AudioBoost scripts and passports;
- encyclopedia pages;
- proposed terminology.

They may be used only as a private explanatory analogy with Margarita when genuinely useful. Never carry the phrase into a deliverable.

## Why

A 2026 market scan found the territory semantically crowded:

- exact or quasi-exact brands/methodologies exist in health/wellbeing, business education, leadership and AI (`humanOS`, `The Human Operating System`, `HumanOS.ai`);
- the broader metaphor is saturated by coaching, biohacking, mindset, productivity and personal-development language: upgrade, reprogram, debug or hack the human operating system;
- search intent is fragmented across wellbeing, AI, HR, biohacking, leadership and software;
- the phrase has weak distinctiveness and risks making CL sound derivative of common Silicon Valley / Mindvalley-style language.

This was market/language research, not trademark clearance.

## Preferred replacements by function

Do not mechanically replace every instance with one phrase. Choose the exact function:
