В какой сфере жизни мне нужно меньше абстрактных принципов и больше конкретного честного наблюдения? 18. Выпиши 5 фраз, которые ты говоришь о себе: «я тревожная», «я ленюсь», «я не умею продавать», «я слишком чувствительная», «я всё порчу». 2. Под каждой фразой напиши конкретные наблюдаемые факты: когда именно? что произошло? какое действие было? в каком состоянии? 3. Выпиши большие слова, которые там тобой управляют: «успех», «норма», «надо», «стабильность», «миссия», «женственность». 3. Напротив каждого слова спроси: что это значит в конкретных действиях, телесных ощущениях, цифрах, выборах, разговорах? 4. Если слово не переводится в жизнь — перед тобой призрак. 5. Верни себе энергию из служения этому призраку. #### Практика 3. «Во что я верю под логикой?» 1. Возьми решение, которое кажется рациональным. 2. Напиши аргументы. 3.
